The umbrella
Reserve List is the parent brand. Quiet List was the first vertical name; the product is now two scored directories under one static site and one Cloudflare Pages project.
All-inclusives— Affluent US, UK, and Canadian couples, roughly 30–55, booking a quiet adults-only all-inclusive week in Mexico or the Caribbean.
Villas— Affluent families and friend groups booking a staffed private villa week — Europe and the Caribbean first.
How scoring works
Quiet Score and Villa Score are editorial. They are not means of their axes. The card on each stay page is rendered from frontmatter so a Markdown table cannot drift from the number we rank on. The citation page is /methodology.
Court List operating model
Same machine, two aisles. Scout writes Markdown in content collections and proposes official photo candidates with credits. Press clears rights, hosts the file underpublic/images/listings, builds the static Astro site, and deploys it to Cloudflare Pages. Origin is the source of truth. There is no CMS, no Vercel path, and no live affiliate IDs until traffic exists. OTA gallery photos stay off the site.
What we will not do
Invent amenities. Invent partner codes. Average six numbers and call it a score. Mix a villa buyout with a resort room rate and pretend they are comparable. Pirate OTA photos or invent AI property stills.
